Wuxi Seastar Lighting Co., Ltd. is part of Seastar Group (founded in Shenzhen in 1998, stock code 002137). Located in Xinwu District, Wuxi, the company covers a site area of 43,000 square metres and is a National High-Tech Enterprise.
The company integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and service across residential lighting, travel lighting, intelligent control and EMS. With strong R&D and vertical integration capabilities, it aims to build a first-class IoT intelligent manufacturing facility in the LED industry.
Key milestones along the way
Seastar Group founded
Seastar Group founded in Longgang, Shenzhen, covering EMS electronics manufacturing and intelligent control.
A-share listing
Listed on the A-share market (stock code 002137), becoming China’s first listed EMS company.
Wuxi base established
Wuxi Seastar Lighting Co., Ltd. established in Hongshan, Xinwu District, Wuxi, as the Group’s lighting business entity.
Website launch & market expansion
The official website wx-seastar.com went live, with products reaching North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
Malaysia plant established
Malaysia plant established to serve Southeast Asia and overseas customers, cutting delivery lead time to roughly 2–3 months.
Malaysia plant relocated
Malaysia plant relocated to a new 12,000 m² facility, further improving capacity and delivery.

Our own production base is equipped with SMT, injection moulding, die-casting, assembly and aging-test lines. Key processes are kept in-house, safeguarding both quality and delivery.
